I feel great about peer reviews. I need all the help I can get. There may be something I've over looked, and another student may catch it and help me. I will take any and all suggestions I can find. I think we all learn from other people reading our papers. We are too close to our own essays to see small mistakes. The only experience I've had with peer reviews is in writing I, and I believe it was helpful. All the students here at Kaplan are very nice and I respect their opinions. So I'm waiting for mine to be read by someone, I'd like to hear what she/he has to say.

Hi Janice,
ReplyDeletePeer reviews can be very helpful. I think that we do need others to review our work because as you say, we are too close to our own work to notice the tiny mistakes or things that need to be added. I like nice and gentle suggestions or comments. Plus, a lot of times, an individual doesn't realize their mistake until someone else point it out and the majority of the time, it is a honest mistake or booboo.
